Presentation Designer
About the job
- Presentation Design in the Lisbon IB Publishing Team working directly with BNP Paribas Investment Banking Professionals of Advisory, Capital Markets, and Coverage, across the EMEA region
Your Main Activities Are
- Collaborating with financial analysts and other Investment Banking professionals to transform financial data into visually appealing and coherent presentations
- Design and enhance pitch decks, investment memorandums, and other crucial documents for client meetings and transactions
- Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines, while incorporating innovative design concepts
- Provide creative input to enhance the visual storytelling of the presentations developed
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate cutting-edge design elements to maintain a competitive edge
- Correct recurrent typos, spelling, and syntax, ensuring changes are traceable
- Assist in maintaining a database of standard presentation materials (template slides / maps / iconography / images)
- Train new users in PowerPoint and other tools, and impart BNPP best practices when required
Profile and Skills to Success
- Bachelor Degree in Architecture, Fine Arts, Design or Marketing and Communications fields
- Up to 2 years of professional experience in Marketing and Communication
- At least 3 years of professional experience as administrative support
- Previous similar working experience in an Investment Bank or Consulting company
- Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and precision in financial data representation
- Deadline-Driven: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality work within tight timelines
- Collaborative: Work seamlessly with diverse teams, adapting to various communication styles and requirements
- Critical Thinking: Analytical approach to translate financial concepts into clear visuals
- Communication Skills: Effectively convey design rationale and engage in constructive feedback discussions
