Position Purpose

We are looking for a Power Platform and SharePoint Developer with strong development skills and extensive knowledge of the Microsoft 365 environment. Candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and SharePoint Framework (SPFx) to meet business needs by collaborating with the onshore team. Completed work will help streamline business processes, improve operational efficiency, and drive digital transformation across the organization.

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

Solution Development: Design and develop custom applications and automated workflows using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and other Power Platform tools. Design and develop SPFx applications (web parts and extensions) using ReactJS, TypeScript, and leveraging SharePoint features.
Business Process Automation: Collaborate with French team and business teams to identify opportunities for automation, create workflows, and improve existing processes using Power Automate and Power Apps. Identify opportunities to streamline processes and efforts with new custom components.
Data Integration: Build integrations between Power Platform solutions and various data sources such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dataverse, and third-party applications like ServiceNow.
Needs Analysis: Accompany business teams to address their needs, analyze specifications, and advise on relevant solutions.
Third-party API Interfacing: Integrate custom components with external APIs using Azure functions.
Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization for existing Power Platform and SPFx solutions to ensure continuous matching business needs.

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

- Power Apps: Creating low-code applications, mastering different versions (Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Portals).
- Power Automate: Automating workflows, connectors, triggers, and actions.
