What is this position about?

•    Handle cash payment related queries received from external and internal clients ie Front office, middle/back- office teams. Contact clients or Relationship Managers to clarify/obtain information on their payment requests. Perform follow- ups and resolve client issues if necessary. 

What would be your typical day at BNPP Paribas look like? 

Primary Role Responsibilities

•    Handle pre and post processing activities in PCMO mostly in relation to client contacts both internal and external

•    Monitor and follow up on outstanding approvals required on clients’ payments

•    Be up todate on new policies/procedures and applicable regulatory requirement and comply with bank mandatory requirements

•    To perform timely mgmt. reporting and ensure adherence to incident reporting policy

Other contributions

•    Contribute to roll out of new processes and adoption of operations controls

•    Minimize operational failure, including but not exclusively the risk of fraud by maintaining sufficient controls

•    Active participation on ad hoc tasks/projects assigned by Management from time to time

What is required for you to succeed?

•    Diploma or basic University Degree

•    Cash management products and operations knowledge and experience

•    Customer and client service focus

•    Good communication skills

•    Control awareness and operational risk skills

•    Ability to work as a team, good team spirit
