ORMF Tool Coordinator

ORMF Tool Coordinator

Requirements

  • Master’s degree, preferred within Audit, Management, Economy, Finance or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience is recommended ( ex. Audit, Consulting, Finance consulting )
  • Problem solving ability
  • Ability to draw the conclusion from complex data and present the conclusion in understandable manner to the stakeholders   
  • Fluent English
  • Critical thinking / Synthesis thinking / Structuring / Slides
  • Ability to communicate / animate / listen
  • Ability to collaborate / work in a team
  • Ability to understand, explain and lead change
  • Ability to manage a project (experience in project management )
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English ( French could be a plus )
  • Strong competencies in managing/using IT and reporting tools such as Tableau, Excel, etc.. It’s a key to success in that position. 

Responsibilities

  • Manage ORMF tool (Asset Management and LCP) control libraries
    1. Create, update and monitor the central library of Asset Management controls in coordination with AM Global Lines (Business), Integrated Functions (2LoD) and the Group
    2. Monitor and coordinate the deployment of controls at the local level as well as the link between the RCSA
    3. Manage the creation and modification of local controls (LCP) from Group Function/Business or specific for each entity
    4. Manage the sign-off process for Global Lines and Legal Entities in the dedicated ORMF(1) Tool module
    5. Monitor the missing action plans for MS or U control results
  • Manage the procedures library
    1. Coordinate Asset Management’s ORMF tool library
    2. Ensure general quality and requirements like uplift rules
    3. Warn of updates (renewal date, Parent Procedure update, etc.) to AM Global Lines
  • Maintain and communicate regular reporting on the LCCO activities
    1. Analyze data from ORMF tool reports to monitor the permanent control pillars through dashboards for both Global Lines and Hubs
    2. Produce and maintain regular reports to improve the monitoring of actions taken by LCCO and AM (KPIs, analyses) for Management (LCCO Management, EXBO, CEO/COO, etc.)
    3. Deliver key data related to operational risk monitoring within AM ahead of committees (Controls Committee, ICC, ORC Report, Activity Report, Incidents Committee, etc.)
    4. Redesign, maintain, and facilitate SharePoint OPC Community for LCCO
