Position Purpose
You will be part of an energetic, dynamic and multi-national unit within Finance & Strategy COO, responsible for the implementation of OFS (One Financial System) in APAC.
OFS is a standardized Finance platform solution promoted by BNP Paribas Group. OFS is made up of a set of tools and procedures, covering four reporting streams: Accounting & Regulatory, Credit Risk, Management Accounting and Performance Management, and Liquidity.
The main responsibility for this challenging but promising position is to support the rollout of the OFS APAC Program, during the construction, testing and parallel-run stages. It covers 13 countries and 51 entities, including Corporate and Institutional Banking, BNP Paribas Securities Services, and Wealth Management.
Direct Responsibilities
- You will be playing a key role in the delivery of OFS projects in terms of tools and processes.
- Act as expert for the APAC teams building interfaces to OFS for the various sources systems on the management accounting scope: CSO on Atlas bridge, CoF through data layer for WM, WM indicators through OFS / Opus project, choices of OMR parametrizations, etc..
- Contribute to the validation of OFS against legacy, including but not restricted to management accounting scope, during all the phases of tests (GL rec, IAT, RCT, parallel run)
- Drive projects: define the scope, stakeholders, timelines and dependencies, then coordinate the contributors to deliver as per plan, while communicating to sponsors and management. A potential project for this responsibility could be the migration of SecAsia to OFS.
Competencies (Technical / Behavioral)
Technical Competencies
- Business analysis related experience And / Or finance project experience in Financial Institution (5 to 8 years)
- Adequate knowledge on accounting treatment
- Knowledge on front-to-back operation and financial products would be an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Knowledge of SQL and Alteryx is a plus
- Previous experience with BNPP accounting tools is a strong advantage

Specific Qualifications (if required)
- Knowledge of financial reporting processes
- Finance Graduate, CPA, CA with relevant experience in technology projects of Finance domain
- Experience in project management and PMP qualification preferred, but not necessary
