Communication Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled expert to join our Communications Team. This individual will play a crucial role in shaping our voice, driving engagement, and narrating our story across multiple platforms. If you are passionate about strategic communication and have a proven track record in the field, we would be delighted to have you on our team.
Requirements
- 5 years of relevant experience in communication, public relations or related roles - experience in communications in banking will be considered as additional advantage
- At least bachelor’s degree (preferred: Communications, Public Relations or related field)
- Fluent in English (min. C1) - French will be consider as an advantage
- Strong understanding of internal communication, digital communication platforms, social media, and content management systems
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to perform creatively and strategically to develop engaging and effective communication initiatives (external and internal)
- Proficiency in tools supporting digital communication and content performance analysis
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the creation and distribution of compelling content across various internal and external channels, including social media
- Provide input and guidance on communication trends, best practices, and emerging digital tools
- Utilize communication tools to monitor and analyse content performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure aligned and consistent messaging across departments and audiences
- Support the preparation of executive-level communication materials
- Assist in implementing comprehensive employer branding and employee engagement strategies
