As Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB), we offer financial solutions for corporate and institutional clients in a number of locations globally. Our Securities Services business line is a multi-asset servicing specialist. Communication Expert  

At BNP Paribas CIB Poland Branch, we have a wealth of compelling stories to share and are dedicated to engaging our audiences effectively. Whether it's communicating with our key business stakeholders, leading discussions with our employees, or enhancing our employer branding, we strive for excellence in all our interactions.

We are seeking a highly skilled expert to join our Communications Team. This individual will play a crucial role in shaping our voice, driving engagement, and narrating our story across multiple platforms. If you are passionate about strategic communication and have a proven track record in the field, we would be delighted to have you on our team.

Requirements

  • 5 years of relevant experience in communication, public relations or related roles - experience in communications in banking will be considered as additional advantage
  • At least bachelor’s degree (preferred: Communications, Public Relations or related field)
  • Fluent in English (min. C1) - French will be consider as an advantage
  • Strong understanding of internal communication, digital communication platforms, social media, and content management systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to perform creatively and strategically to develop engaging and effective communication initiatives (external and internal)
  • Proficiency in tools supporting digital communication and content performance analysis
     

Responsibilities: 
  

  • Oversee the creation and distribution of compelling content across various internal and external channels, including social media 
  • Provide input and guidance on communication trends, best practices, and emerging digital tools
  • Utilize communication tools to monitor and analyse content performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure aligned and consistent messaging across departments and audiences
  • Support the preparation of executive-level communication materials
  • Assist in implementing comprehensive employer branding and employee engagement strategies
