About Business line/Function:
ISPL Steering & Governance – Is a part of CIB CIO Quality and Governance function in ISPL. This function is responsible for managing process compliance of all projects and teams in CIB IT and ITG intl ADM teams within ISPL. The scope includes maintaining and enhancing QA processes to improve compliance to group governance. It involves conducting QA audits and helping project managers to close NCs. It also includes consulting project managers in complying with QA processes and agile implementation.
Position Purpose
Coaching for projects and teams on agile and project management practices across ISPL Clusters. It involves assisting project managers from project initiation to closure on SDLC process & guidelines. Train teams on agile and project management practices.
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
• Responsible for guiding teams into the Agile methodology
• Provide employees with feedback and means of improvement, catalysing organizational growth and answering questions.
• Provide hands-on support to all employees, collaborating with people across widely varying levels and roles, leading teams toward further understanding and adoption of Agile as well as overall company growth and improvement.
• Develop and deliver tailored training programs, workshops, and mentoring sessions to upskill teams and leaders at all levels, fostering long-term Agile adoption and success.
• Create innovative frameworks for ongoing Agile education, ensuring the continuous development of team members and the scaling of Agile methodologies throughout the organization.
• Provide teams with tools for implementing the process in their own work.
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
• 10+ years of experience in IT, with a minimum of 5 years as Agile coach/Scrum Master.
• Understanding on agile frameworks Scrum/Kanban/SAFe etc
• Have conducted trainings on Agile, scrum and other frameworks
• Strong facilitation skills for leading large and small group discussions, workshops, and Agile ceremonies.
• Experience on tools like JIRA, Clarity, TFS, ALM etc
• Strong communication, interpersonal, learning and organizing skills
• An ability to build positive relationship with internal stakeholders. - Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Be a good team player especially in the context of an extended team
