POSITION OBJECTIVES & PURPOSE
• Act as a coordinator for L&D at local level and facilitate learning and development programs
• Identify opportunities with managers to foster individual growth, enhance skills, and support organizational objectives and together propose relevant learning solutions
• Work closely with APAC L&D on the rollout of learning solutions
• Update local HR team on new development on guidelines, procedures and methodologies related to L&D
• On ad hoc basis, work on transformation projects assigned by Country Head of HR
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
LEARNING NEEDS ANALYSIS:
• Conduct learning needs assessments through stakeholder interviews, data analysis and metrics.
• Translate business needs into learning plans that support performance, capability growth, and culture.
• Work closely with HRBPs and business stakeholders to identify skills gaps and deliver fit-for-purpose learning solutions.
L&D COORDINATION:
• Work with managers to map the training needs of their team and roll out relevant trainings in discussion with Country Head of HR and in alignment with APAC’s L&D offerings
• Collaborate with internal / external vendors to deliver high impact and fit-for-purpose learning solutions for territory employees
• Execution of training programs locally
• Identify opportunities for improvement in training curriculum based on needs analysis and feedback assessments and conduct basic data analysis
• Manage local training budget along with APAC L&D
L&D COMMUNICATION:
• Promote and disseminate L&D initiatives to staff and internal stakeholders, leveraging on all communication tools available locally, regionally and globally to push the offer
• Communicate on the L&D strategy and priorities with Country Head of HR and Business Partners to ensure internal buy in of new initiatives and for support
• Share needs analysis and feedback assessments with Country Head of HR, Business Partners and APAC L&D for continuous program improvements
GOVERNANCE AND REPORTING:
• Produce periodic L&D Controls Dashboards outlining performance on key KPI indicators
• Oversee local learning governance, including escalation of any risk or non-compliance related to training
• Reports on the allocation and utilization of the learning and development budget for territory to ensure cost efficiency always
• Ensure robust governance and effective oversight of offshored tasks to maintain service quality, manage risk and uphold regulatory compliance
• Produce ad-hoc L&D reports upon request by Inspection Generale / Internal Audit or local regulators
• Contribute to the Permanent Operational Control Plan and contribute to the reporting of all incidents according to the Incident Management System
• Ensure training vendors meet internal procurement standards
• Use data to derive insights, measure impact of learning interventions, and recommend improvements
• Ensure training vendors and platforms used meet internal standards and regulatory requirements.
• Comply with internal policies and external regulations in carrying out daily activities.
CONTRIBUTION TO THE APAC L&D & HR PROJECTS:
• Contribute to various APAC L&D projects
• Contribute to local HR projects / initiatives in particular in the areas of DEI, Career Development and Employee Wellbeing.
