About the Position

• The Junior Financial & Accounting Analyst provides  support to the Finance department, focusing mainly on invoice processing, but supporting also on other finance topics, such as, purchase order management, supplier compliance (RFI followup), agent commission reconciliation and other support on the daily financial tasks. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.

Your main activities will be:

• Agent Commissions invoices booking and reconciliation with POS dashboard.
• Agent Commissions Invoices follow-up and communication with Sales Team
• Helping the Purchase order process. Liaise with other departments in order to ensure the correct fulfilment of the PO.
• Invoice reception and confrontation with PO.
• Supplier compliance review (MOD 21 RFI). 
• Support the Finance Manager in creating new control files and dashboards.
