We are looking for a skilled and motivated Control Officer to join our newly created platform in Poland and be part of the global Voice and eCommunication Record Keeping team within CIB IT PRODUCTION.
Record Keeping domain is responsible for ensuring that the recording services are performing as required by all the regulations
Record keeping team in Poland will be acting as a control tower for the record keeping domain, working on the definition, application and performance of the controls, analysing the control results and coherence to report and analyse breaks , manage recording incident reporting and track remediation plans and potential improvement of the control framework.
In this role you will be responsible for execution of controls to ensure consistency and quality of recording and archiving processes on Voice and Emomm technologies, looking for ways to improve as well as automate the coverage of the controls.
Junior Control Engineer - Voice and eComm
Responsibilities:
• Ensure each and every communication channel is controlled as defined by the Record keeping Control Framework and it's verification points (VPs).
• Ensure that those controls are globally deployed and covering the required technical instances.
• Ensure that gaps identified through the control execution triggers the incident management process.
• Ensure control documentation is regularly updated and reflects actual control process.
• Ensure each dedicated VP is stored in structured way for traceability purposes
• Constantly seek improvement of the Control Framework to remediate any control gap identified.
• Produce regular reporting of the good execution of the controls in accordance with the Record Governance and analysis of feasibility to automate controls.
• Provide, when required, reporting with evidences for internal control functions for ad-hoc/regular first and second line of defence controls and/or audits.
Requirements
• Must have a good knowledge of Excel and\or PowerBI
• Result driven attitude with analytical mind-set
• Knowledge of ITSM Service Now
• Eager to learn, interested in expanding technical knowledge in Telecom Area
• Good interpersonal and communication skills in English
• Experience in Controls or Audit teams will be an asset
• Knowledge of Voice and eComm technologies (MS Teams, Cisco, Mobile solutions, Outlook, Symphony etc) and Recording Toos (Verba, NTR, Enterprise Vault) will be an asset
