IT Team Leader

IT Team Leader

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Communication and presentation skills to audiences of different sizes and levels of seniority.
  • Customer centric mind-set.
  • Good understanding of software development processes in scrum methodology.
  • High level understanding of back-end and front-end software development technologies.
  • Understanding of usability and user experience topics.
  • Team player attitude.
  • English language is mandatory as all documents and project communication is in English.

Responsibilities:

  • Management of all team members and organization related topics: workload planning (including management of staff holidays, absences, back-ups schemes), follow up on recruitment processes, mobility’s, and newcomers; evaluate daily work and write annual appraisals.
  • Cooperate with global Framing team responsible for overall system roadmap evolution to understand long term plans and projects as well as have a good understating of the whole corporate credit platform. 
  • Be an active contributor in the development of new projects and stakeholder’s relationship, while acting as well in the support of transversal projects designed to foster the overall efficiency objectives
  • Follow up on high level roadmaps divided into system parts and development streams.
  • Creates control points as part of procedures and operating methods to ensure that work goes smoothly and drafts ad hoc reporting
  • Contribute to change management rollout, from deployment plans to user training.
