Position Purpose: The IT PMO will serve as the central coordination hub for a major IT sourcing initiative. This is not a traditional administrative role; you will be the "glue" between onshore business requirements and offshore execution. Your primary mission is to ensure the successful scaling of our India-based technical teams by managing the end-to-end talent acquisition lifecycle, monitoring ISPL performance, and providing real-time visibility into project health through advanced data analytics.

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

A. Recruitment & Onboarding Execution

  • Demand Translation: Convert onshore technical requirements into detailed hiring plans (profile, timing, and priority).
  • Talent Coordination: Orchestrate the end-to-end recruitment workflow within ISPL (screening, interviews, and offers) to ensure a seamless talent pipeline.
  • Onboarding Management: Support the rapid onboarding of resources to meet project ramp-up needs and ensure "day-one" readiness.

B. Capacity, Skills & Readiness Tracking

  • Ramp-up Monitoring: Track headcount growth and skill acquisition against the project trajectory.
  • Gap Analysis: Identify skill shortages or capacity bottlenecks and develop proactive mitigation plans.
  • Corrective Action: Trigger immediate operational interventions when delivery readiness or resource availability is at risk.

C. Performance & Delivery Governance

  • KPI & Dashboard Management: Define and maintain operational KPIs (Quality, Productivity, Delivery Stability) and provide real-time visibility through automated dashboards.
  • Post-Transfer Stabilization: Monitor the performance of transferred activities to ensure the new setup meets expected efficiency and stability levels.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify bottleneck processes in the transition and drive continuous improvement actions.

D. Operational Vendor Coordination

  • Execution Follow-up: Coordinate with vendors on a day-to-day basis regarding resource availability and delivery milestones.
  • Operational Escalation: Escalate execution-related issues (not commercial) that impact project timelines or delivery quality.

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

  • Project Management Frameworks: Strong understanding of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies.
  • IT Governance & Compliance: Familiarity with ITIL processes and the importance of cybersecurity/risk management within an IT organizational structure.
  • Data Analytics & Visualization: Proficiency in creating sophisticated dashboards (e.g., PowerBI, advanced Excel) to transform raw data into strategic insights.
  • Resource & Asset Management: Understanding of the lifecycle of IT human capital and technical assets.

Specific Qualifications:

  • Cross-Border Coordination: Proven ability to manage stakeholders across different time zones and cultural contexts.
