Investment Compliance Specialist with French

 Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of professional experience in banking, financial services, fund accounting or related business operations.
  • French at at least intermediate level 
  • Fluency in English;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Law or a related field.
  • Dedication and engagement;
  • Accuracy and detail orientation;
  • Analytical and problem solving skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure of time (capable to work with strict deadlines);
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools;

Responsibilities: 

  • Perform day‑to‑day investment compliance and oversight activities on client funds and fund administrators, adhering to regulations and service‑level agreements.
  • Identify, document and report any inconsistencies or pre‑identified breaches; prepare comprehensive reports for beneficiaries, auditors and other stakeholders.
  • Act as a liaison with internal and external partners (legal, risk, fund administrators, auditors, regulators) to gather information, resolve issues and investigate inaccuracies.
  • Create and maintain detailed process documentation, operating procedures and user guides to preserve knowledge and support a standardized service model.
  • Keep internal databases and control‑system data up to date, ensuring accuracy for all compliance checks.
  • Deliver training and share best‑practice knowledge with colleagues to maintain the team’s capability to meet quality standards stipulated in service agreements.
