About BNP Paribas Fortis / Tribe Payments / Squad Investigation & Reconciliations
BNP Paribas Fortis is one of the largest payment processors in Europe. The mission of the Tribe Payments is to grow as a reliable and cost-efficient payment service provider for customers of BNP Paribas Group worldwide, whilst implementing innovative technologies and payment products.
In the IT Payments Tribe , the Squad Investigations & Reconciliations is a Shared Service Center for the software DIM (Data Integrity Manager : IntelliMatch). DIM is a package used to manage the reconciliation for the Payments domains. DIM can be also inter-connected with PIM (Payment Investigation Manager : Intellitracs) for investigation purpose. DIM is currently used by back-offices in Belgium, France, Italy, Portugal and end-users.

Position Purpose
As DIM Dev Engineering with at least 5 years of experience, you’ll be joining the Squad Investigations & Reconciliations in Tribe Payments.
As a member of this Squad, you will be involved in a wide range of activities, including analysis, design, development, integration, testing, support, and managing the lifecycle of DIM, as well as migrating to new versions.
Your expertise will be crucial in testing integration, verification, and validation processes.
You'll also play a key role in coordinating and debugging the resolution of technical issues, and analyzing the root cause of problems.
In addition to your technical responsibilities, you will interact with end-users and business teams to analyze and design solutions, realize development and integration, participate in end-to-end testing, and support our Lifecycle Engineer during production installations.
Your collaborative skills will be essential as you work closely with other Tribes to establish links with systems used as input/output of DIM and ensure 3rd line support.
Moreover, documenting solutions will be an important part of your role, ensuring that our processes and systems are well-documented and easy to follow.
The working place is Chennai, and given the international nature of our Shared Service Center, your squad will regularly be in contact with other entities in Europe and Asia.
