Insurance Officer
Location: Bucharest, Romania
BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions (Romania), a company of BNP Paribas Group, is a leading player in the financing and rental of professional equipment in Romania.
This position is part of the Sales Department of the Leasing Solutions Group and reports hierarchically to the Sales Manager.

Job attributions:
• Manage cooperation with insurance partners (Insurance companies/ brokers) with a view of
providing excellent service to vendor partners and end-customers and maximizing fee income.
• Manage selection process of insurance partners through RFP’s.
• Contribute to developing new insurance products and services.
• To ensure that all the assets (finance or LS property) are insured.
• Monitor the insurance damage files.
• Collaborate with insurance and vendor partners, as well as with relevant internal stakeholders to
design and roll-out the insurance distribution operational process.
• Define and monitor specific KPI’s and SLAs for the insurance activity.
• Ensure production of regular internal reporting and controls.
• Contribute to annual budgeting exercise.
• Ensure compliance with local and European regulations in Insurance
Skills and competencies:
• At least 3 years’ experience in the Insurance industry
• Experience in product and process development in the insurance industry across various lines of
business, but Motor Insurance in particular.
• Solid knowledge of ASF regulations in insurance distribution.
• A high degree of can-do mentality.
• Experience in working in a global organization.
• Strong awareness for Compliance matters.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office. Test required during selection process.
• ISF Certification
• University degree.
• Fluent in Romanian and English is a must. French is a plus.
