We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our HR team, responsible for transforming workforce data into actionable insights that drive strategic talent decisions. As a key partner to HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and senior leadership, you will deliver analytics that improve organizational effectiveness, employee experience, and workforce planning.

HR (Senior) Business Intelligence Analyst

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of experience in an analytics role in a corporate environment, with HR Analytics experience a plus.
  • Excellent command of English (min. C1 level)
  • Proven experience working with complex data sets and data visualization tools such as PowerBI and PowerQuery.
  • Understanding of HR processes and systems, such as TETA HR, Oracle HCM, or similar.
  • Ability to interpret workforce data and connect insights to business and talent strategy.
  • Experience with predictive modeling or econometry, preferably in an HR context.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify complex data for non-technical stakeholders.
  • High level of discretion and integrity when working with sensitive HR data.
  • Curiosity and a proactive approach to identifying workforce insights, with the ability to balance analytical rigor with practical HR decision-making.

Proficiency in data analysis tools: Experience with additional data analysis tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, Python, and SQL is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to track key metrics such as headcount, attrition, and recruitment funnel.
  • Ensure data quality and accuracy and support other HR teams in improving data quality.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses on workforce trends, risks, and opportunities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Translate HR business needs into analytical requirements and data models.
  • Support strategic workforce planning through scenario modeling and forecasting.
  • Partner with HR teams to define and monitor KPIs across the employee lifecycle.
  • Present insights to HR leadership and business stakeholders in a clear, actionable way.
  • Contribute to the development of a data-driven culture within HR.
