HR Business Partner

This position will be key to supporting leaders in decision-making, strengthening organizational culture, and aligning talent practices with business objectives. We are looking for someone with a comprehensive HR vision, strong influencing skills, data-driven approach, and a strong people orientation who enjoys working in dynamic and collaborative environments.

We are seeking professionals in human, administrative, or related sciences, with completed postgraduate studies. Demonstrable experience in leadership development, talent management, and organizational transformation is required.

Essential – advanced level of English.

We offer a compensation package with a salary allowance of $9MCop, life insurance, health insurance, mutual savings fund, and additional benefits.

The work arrangement is on-site in the city of Bogotá.
