The Latin America region is a key market for BNP Paribas. While Brazil remains the largest economy in Latin America, other major countries in the region are significant contributors for the business and for long standing relations with clients.
Long standing presence in Argentina. Since 1981 the group offers a wide range of banking, financial products designed for domestic and multinational clients.
CIB in Hispanic Latin America has world-class teams of roughly 400, thus ensuring an overall coverage of BNP Paribas’ client franchise in the region. All BNP Paribas’ business lines have operations in Hispanic Latin America and are structured in such a way as to provide their clients with the best combination of specialists according to sector, product or geographic region. In the context of growing globalization, they are able to accommodate their clients thanks to their powerful regional platforms:

Since 2010, BNPP CIB has decided to focus its activity on its core Argentine and International customers in the Country.
Job Purpose
:
Learn how to partner with the HR Head and HRBP to ensure the effective execution of all HR horizontal processes—spanning payroll preparation & controls processes, CRP entire process, supplier management, employee services, onboarding/off boarding, pension administration, invoice handling, compliance, and KYC monitoring, among other administrative tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities to learn:
- Payroll management: Provide support and act as back up on the monthly preparation of payroll processing inputs (variances/updates), monthly payroll controls, and month-end closing procedures which includes accruals and payroll journal entries controls.
- CRP: Assist in the execution of while acting as back up for the entire CRP process in tasks such as Data Cleaning, BCT, PCC, hierarchy validations, pools analysis, statements & pre-announcement checks & CRP annual certification controls.
- Supplier Management – Source providers, prepare budgets, and implement solutions for HR services.
- Employee Service & Guidance – Provide day‑to‑day support on payroll, procedures, and internal standards.
- Project & System Implementation – Contribute to the design and rollout of employee‑administration projects and systems to ensure legal and policy compliance
- Employee Data Management – Keep employee records accurate and ensure internal systems are regularly updated.
- Onboarding & Off‑boarding – Oversee the full lifecycle of employee entry and exit processes, including personnel files,
- Pension Plan Administration – Manage pension scheme operations.
- Invoice Management – Process and reconcile HR‑related invoices.
- Regulatory & Compliance Tasks – Perform controls required by BNP Paribas or applicable regulations; support inspections and audits.
- Partners with HR Head and HRBP assessing challenges in HR function and contributes to definition of function strategy and action plan.
Qualifications
- Bilingual English proficiency is mandatory.
- Must be an active student in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program (mandatory)
Payroll, End-to-End Lifecycle Management & Argentina Labor Law knowledge (mandatory) - 1 to 2 years of HR administration experience in “Big four” multinational companies (required)
- Full-time availability required.
- Up to 2-year fixed-term contracts.
