As the HR Administration Specialist you will ensure the smooth execution of HR activities, including onboarding, employee records management, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. This will be a unique opportunity to have a significant impact on building financial business lines for our Warsaw and Krakow Branches in Poland. 

HR Administration Specialist

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in HR Administration or a similar role
  • Fluent English and Polish (min. C1 level)
  • Experience with HRIS systems and HR software applications (preferably TETA)
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures and best practices
  • Practical knowledge of Polish labour law and employement related regulations
  • Knowledge of laws and regulations related to legalization of work of foreigner's would be an asset
  • Proficiency in MS Office and MS365
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, especially when dealing with data and system inputs
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to navigate and thrive in a complex and dynamic work environment
  • Strong process-oriented thinking with a focus on end-to-end workflows and operational efficiency
  • Experience in managing tasks that involve several systems, tools and processes 

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate administration of the Employee Lifecycle (onboarding process, offboarding, changing of employment conditions flow)
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
  • Ensure his/her day-to-day work is compliant with all HR Administration policies and procedures 
  • Provide guidance to employees on personal administration related queries and concerns
  • Maintain and update HR databases and systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Cooperation and communication between internal and external stakeholders
