The role
Supporting the GPA team and the wider property management business:
• Manage mentor and lead the GPA Property management team
• Provide conduit with GPA Regional Leads on all matters relating to property management
• Understand in detail the GPA contract, with the focus on KPIs and provide an effective estates service in accordance with the contract
• Provide reliable timeline for delivery of BAU services and take responsibility for the delivery to the timetable
• Take responsibility for providing solutions to all debt on the GPA account the collection of the debt in accordance with Debt Management Policy
• Deliver Continuous Improvement Objectives and constantly look to improve service delivery and efficiency
• Provide detailed working knowledge of Horizon, CRM Salesforce and dynamics
• Develop and manage strong working relationships with the client
• Ensure that the team work in line with BNPPRE processes and procedures
Key deliverables
• Senior point of contact for GPA Regional Leads
• Contribute expertise, knowledge, and strategy to deliver the contract and KPI’s
• A team that is aware of their responsibilities and can prioritise accordingly
• Understanding the resources required to deliver the contract under property management
• Oversee and lead client meetings and required reporting and follow up actions
• Take responsibility for database and inputs from PM team
• Focus on Assurance to provide accurate data as the platform for accurate and robust forecasting
• Ensure compliance with all internal procedures and policies – e.g. Procurement, Finance, Compliance, HR
• Provide best in class customer service to internal and external customer base
• Maintain regular and effective communication with clients and tenants
• Provide support and input as part of the GPA Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
• Support Contract Director in the overall delivery of the contract

QUALIFICATIONS
• MRICS or similar
• Degree level education
• Clean driving licence
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS
• Working with Clients at a high level
• Broad knowledge of commercial property gained either in Private Practice Public Sector or the Corporate Sector
• Management of Property portfolios with evidence of effective delivery
• Managing a significant team
