About The Team

  • The Transactional FX team is in charge of developing, delivering and supporting the FX+ electronic platform designed to accelerate the growth of the FX Payments activity, a key growing area in GM which delivers automated FX solutions to support other businesses across BNP Paribas, including Cash Management, Trade Finance and Correspondent Banking. Through a steady rollout of FX+ across countries, the team contributes to improve the product offer by scoping and managing the delivery of new end-to-end features, to ultimately capture new revenue streams in selected markets through industrialization and enriched bundle of services

Your Main Activities Are

  • Support new‑product set‑up & enhancements – gather requirements, track milestones, and keep product documentation up‑to‑date.
  • Assist AI & LLM research projects – prepare data, run predefined model tests, document results, and help build research briefs for senior analysts.
  • Apply a questioning mindset - Propose, prototype, and champion simple automation scripts, workflow‑optimisation ideas, or AI‑integration opportunities that increase efficiency or product quality
  • Coordinate FX+ BAU operations – serve as the primary contact for FX+ subscribers, run service‑review meetings, and monitor daily performance dashboards.
  • Produce and maintain documentation – create process guides, agreements, KPI reports, and presentation decks for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Track and report key performance indicators – calculate metrics such as digitalisation rate, response times, and margin‑validation checks; raise exceptions promptly.
  • Facilitate cross‑functional integration – work with IT, Data & AI Lab, and other teams to ensure smooth adoption of AI solutions and product releases.
  • Maintain stakeholder relationships – ensure subscriber satisfaction through regular communication, issue resolution, and collaboration with relevant business units.
  • Assist SMT team - Perform routine operational duties (e.g., status update collection, backlog refinement, coordination of daily stand ups) to free senior PMs for higher impact work.

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, Economics
  • Basic experience in project definition and sponsorship – can contribute to the preparation of a business case and assist with scoping studies, and support the day‑to‑day coordination of delivery together with Business‑Line owners, IT, and Operations (under the guidance of a senior project manager)
  • Experience in Business Intelligence
  • An overall understanding and interest in the financial world
  • Appetite for Digital technologies, support and foster a culture of continuous improvement
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent communication skills and client focus
  • Teamwork skills while being able to work autonomously
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and organisational skills
  • Excel knowledge
  • Tableau, PowerBI and IT coding Skills
