Role and responsibilities:
Reporting & Budget Staff Analysis:
Extract and manipulate complicated system data
Provide guidance around reporting requirements
Create dashboards to provide consistency of data usage and transparency of staff (HC/Budget)
Incorporate analytical insights to assist managers and decision makers
Process & Systems:
Automate ad hoc and recurring reporting
Evaluate, refine and implement procedural and operational control within your daily activities
Effectively support decisions on more complex issues, giving consideration to relevant costs, benefits and risks
• Excellent command of English and French (both speaking and writing)
• High level of expertise on Microsoft tools (mainly xlsx and pptx)
• Finance/Accounting skills.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Strong work ethic
• Work experience in a multicultural environment
