The Senior PMO/Financial Controller has dual profile and responsibility: financial aspects/calculations, but also reporting related tools and data.
The Senior PMO/Financial Controller is responsible of:
  • Financial Business case: the model to calculate the savings of smart-sourcing projects based on hypothesis which need to be refreshed on regular basis
  • Applications and reporting: controlling indicators, improving/monitoring the tools, and preparing reporting/analysis to the top management of GSC   
  • Staffing and budget: allocation and monitoring of internal resources, billing and invoicing process in contact with the clients/sponsors
    Financial Business case
  • Helping the Project Managers to calculate the anticipated savings of projects and controlling the consistency with BNPP financial rules
  • Improving/updating the Financial Business Case for more efficiency or to meet new BNPP requirements
  • Participating to the Finance Committee to coordinate with other BNPP Group stakeholders
    Applications monitoring, reporting and analysis
  • Supervising/improving internal tools (SharePoint, etc.) as well as related access rights
  • Monitoring of data quality controls as well as related corrective actions 
  • Preparing the reporting and related analysis for the Management, mainly via the Alteryx and Tableau applications used to produce consolidated figures of our projects
    Staffing and budget
  • Monitoring the process to allocate and manage resources to each new project with the Management of GSC
  • Supervising the billing and invoicing process in collaboration with Finance and in close relationship with the clients/Sponsors

  • Fluency in English is mandatory, and French would be highly appreciated
  • Advanced drafting and formatting capacity
  • Master degree in Business or Engineering, preferably in Finance
  • Between 4 and 6 years’ experience in financial control/analysis, financial audit or performance management 
  • Availability for a training period in Paris (1-2 months) and additional short trips when needed
