Financial Control Department – Senior Manager / Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or related fields,
• Experience in financial control, budgeting & planning, financial reporting, performance management or similar areas within the banking sector,
• Knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, profitability and financial performance management,
• Strong analytical thinking skills, result-oriented mindset and attention to detail,
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint,
• Preferably proficient in English,
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach,
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

• Managing and improving financial control, reporting and planning processes in coordination with relevant business units,
• Supporting monthly and quarterly closing and reporting cycles and ensuring the accuracy, consistency and integrity of financial data,
• Preparing regular management reports, variance analysis, performance dashboards and presentations for senior management,
• Analyzing the Bank’s financial statements and key financial indicators including Balance Sheet, P&L, NII, fee income and financial ratios,
• Contributing to budgeting, forecasting and performance management processes,
• Performing profitability, efficiency and financial performance analyses,
• Developing and enhancing financial models, reporting tools and automation initiatives to improve process efficiency,
• Strengthening financial governance and control frameworks across reporting and planning processes,
• Preparing ad-hoc analyses, reports and presentations requested by senior management.
