Job Title: Finance Projects & systems - F&S access rights jurisdiction Finance Project Analyst (Associate)

About Business line/Function: Financial Shared Services

Position Purpose:

Access Rights Jurisdiction team is in charge of providing the access rights of applications for Finance and Strategy applications perimeter, by granting access only to authorized users and by preventing or revoking access to non-authorized users.

The scope of application is divided in sub perimeter and team members in charge of a group of application takes in charge all activities related to this scope.

The mission of Finance Project Analyst is to contribute on one of these dedicated scopes.

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

The Finance Project Analyst is involved directly and will support team members on the following activities on the application scope of responsibilities:

  • Contributes to all projects related to this scope in direct link with the Management Team, proposes Jurisdiction design and drives the implementation in MyIam and provisioning tools of the related components
  • Participate to continuous updates of internal documentation: SOP, access rights matrices etc.… 
  • Takes directly in charge of BAU tickets management 

Contributing Responsibilities

  • Contributes to permanent control activities related to the application scope ensuring reconciliations, recertifications and CAC requests are fulfilled following the predefined calendar
  • Provide visibility on performance and activities by creating and presenting KPI/dashboards
  • Demonstrate a strong control mindset to ensure jurisdiction principles are applied to all projects and BAU requests
  • Support dedicated Audit requests proactively by providing necessary supporting documentations and evidences 

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

  • Proficient in IT security
  • Proficient in Identity and Access Management tool (MyIam)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) 
  • Proficient in Business Intelligence tool (Business Objects)

  • Proactivity and ability to work in a demanding environment
  • Ability to synthetize and to give feedbacks to peers
  • Pro-active and autonomous

Specific Qualifications:

  • Experience in the area of access rights management or equivalent (security of access rights for example)
  • Experience with AI tools is a plus
  • Experience in Access rights audit is a plus

Technical Skills:

    • Proficient in Identity and access management & IT Security, Finance Application Support or IT Audit/Compliance
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) 
    • Proficient in Business Objects and Querying
    • Knowledge of Banking and Financial services Industry

Education Level: Graduate or Post Graduate (BCOM, MCOM, BE, MBA)
