We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Fee & Commission Management Senior Manager to lead the end-to-end management of pricing, fee, and commission structures across our Cash Management and Global Trade product portfolio.

If you are passionate about driving revenue growth, leveraging data for strategic decisions, and leading high-impact initiatives in a dynamic banking environment, this role is for you.

 What You’ll Do: 

  • Take ownership of the centralized management of fees, expenses, and commissions for Cash Management and Global Trade products
  • Design and continuously refine pricing and commission structures based on market trends and competitive insights
  • Drive sustainable revenue growth by setting budgets, defining targets, and shaping long-term commission strategies
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across revenue, cost, waivers, and transaction volumes, turning insights into action
  • Build transparent and scalable fee waiver frameworks in close collaboration with business units
  • Lead process improvement and system enhancement initiatives to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Partner with Internal Control, Compliance, and Legal teams to ensure full alignment with regulatory requirements
  • Analyze market dynamics and customer behavior to proactively identify opportunities and define action plans
  • Shape pricing strategies through in-depth product cost analysis
  • Pioneer the development of new, compliant revenue streams
  • Lead, inspire, and develop your team to achieve high performance and continuous growth

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Strong expertise in Cash Management and Trade Finance products within the banking industry
  • Solid knowledge of fee and commission structures, as well as Central Bank regulations and relevant legislation
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to identify revenue growth opportunities through analytics
  • Proven leadership and team management experience
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and/or SAS
  • Hands-on experience with Qlik Sense or similar data analytics tools
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
