FATCA Senior/Specialist in Private Capital with French

ABOUT THE JOB

Supporting the annual FATCA and CRS reporting process, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of regulatory reports. Performs data collection and reconciliation checks to identify and resolve discrepancies and ensure the completeness and consistency of reported information to client or tax authorities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Preparing fiscal reports related to FATCA and AEOI regulations 
  • Collecting and reconciling data to identify gaps, inconsistencies, or non-compliance risks 
  • Driving continuous process improvement by identifying inefficiencies in FATCA-CRS workflows—such as manual reconciliations or redundant reporting—and proposing scalable automation or system enhancements.
  • Coordinating with clients and internal teams to resolve data discrepancies, respond to inquiries, and clarify reporting requirements.

PROFILE & SKILLS

  • University degree or equivalent in Accounting, Banking, Business Administration or Finance
  • Fluent in English; French language min B2-C1. 
  • 1-3 years experience in finance 
  • Precision and attention to details
  • Effectively operates in dynamic environments, processes large volumes of data, and handles client requests in person
  • Proficient with Excel and data transformation 
  • Nice to have: VBA or Python
