The successful candidate will operate comfortably at two levels: providing strategic leadership and direction on facilities management across the portfolio while also being willing and able to become directly involved in day-to-day operational issues when required.
We are looking for someone who can develop strategy, challenge existing ways of working, improve systems and standards and provide senior-level advice, but who is equally comfortable dealing with a contractor, investigating an operational problem, visiting a property or taking ownership of an urgent issue.
Exciting opportunity for a highly motivated senior individual looking to elevate themselves into the next step in their career.
