About the job
- The main mission of the Execution Middle Office (EMO) is to capture and validate market deals from our Execution Desk. Additionally the products held in our portfolio have to be priced on a daily basis to assure an accurate client portfolio valuation. Post-trading reporting is also part of the scope of EMO, the idea is to report to the regulators all transactions performed on the previous day
- Other tasks, also related with the products kept in our portfolio are performed regularly, such as database maintenance and enrichment, costs & charges, target market and others
- The team services clients from different BNP Paribas WM entities (Switzerland, Luxembourg, Monaco, and Germany)
Your Main Activities Are
- To assist and help the EMO and Exec Desk activities with the tasks and controls performed by the teams while keeping a drive for innovation and improvement of the existing framework
- Assist the EMO team with the preparation and improvement of internal reports
- Enrich the EMO database with financial information related to Structured Products, sourced in Bloomberg/Reuters
- Contribute to the activities' continuous improvement
- Analyse and implement controls under MiFID II framework
Profile and Skills to Success
- Bachelor degree in Finance or equivalent
- Interest of financial instruments and investment services
- Knowledge in Microsoft office tools, in particular Excel, Power Point and Access
- Power BI, VBA and SQL coding capabilities are a plus
- Excellent communication skills, verbal, written and listening in English
- High organisational and attention to details ability
- Good analysis capacity, rigor and accuracy, dynamism, flexibility and autonomy
