The OVRK (Ownership Verification & Record‑Keeping) team sits at the heart of our Depositary function within the fast‑growing Private Capital department. Our core responsibility is to carry out ownership verification and record‑keeping (OVRK) and to ensure that periodic ownership verifications (POV) and reconciliation processes meet the strict requirements of the AIFM Directive for clients across six locations.

What We Do:

  • Execute OVRK BAU tasks on time and in line with established procedures.
  • Read and analyze legal documentation and accurately translate fund structures into our system.
  • Communicate via email, video calls and dedicated mailboxes with internal and external clients.
  • Build and sustain superior stakeholder relationships while continuously seeking process improvements.
  • Identify and implement process enhancements, lead change initiatives and process migrations.
  • Act as a coach/trainer for junior employees, sharing knowledge of the OVRK process.

  • Desirable background - Basic exposure to OVRK (Ownership Verification & Record‑Keeping) processes, a general familiarity with private‑capital fund structures and an understanding of the depositary role are a plus.
  • Language proficiency-English at a minimum B2 level. Additional language skills are an advantage.
