DATA & REPORTING MANAGER  - AMAZON \ LAST MILE DELIVERY BUSINESS UNIT - EUROPE

MISSION AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Data & Reporting Manager to join our Last Mile Delivery Business Unit dedicated to Amazon(AMZ)  fleet operations, with direct report to the GM. The successful candidate will be responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of operational and strategic reports across all levels of the organization, in close collaboration with Arval’s central data management team and in full aiignement with Amazon needs and priorities.

This role will act as the key reference point for all reporting matters, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and accessibility, while contributing to the continuous evolution of our reporting infrastructure and tools.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Reporting Governance & Strategy

•Serve as the primary counterpart for the AMZ FPAC team on all reporting-related topics.
•Define and monitor key operational and financial KPIs (e.g. P&L, E&G) in collaboration with the General Manager.
•Act as the final authority for data structure and reporting changes, ensuring alignment with governance standards.
•Ensure the consistency, reliability, and traceability of all reporting outputs.

2. Reporting Design, Development & Delivery

•Oversee the timely and accurate production of daily, monthly, and annual reports in line with Amazon priorities.
•Coordinate the design and continuous improvement of operational and strategic reporting tools, ensuring scalability and usability in other areas\clients.
•Assess the feasibility of new reporting requests, estimating resources, timeline, and budget implications.
•Manage and control the financial budget dedicated to reporting development and data 

3. Data Quality & Cross-Functional Coordination

•Guarantee the integrity and accuracy of core data sources (e.g. leasing systems) that feed into reporting.
•Lead data quality assuring initiatives to improve the accuracy and reliability of performance metrics.
•Coordinate with local Business Units across geographies to align reporting practices and data management standards.

4. Automation & Innovation

•Drive reporting automation and industrialization projects, increasing efficiency, reducing manual input, and ensuring scalability.
•Support the evolution of reporting architecture in alignment with Arval and BNP Paribas frameworks.
•Act as a strategic advisor on data modeling, engineering, and visualization of best practices.

SKILLS

•Key Performance Indicators Setting: Ability to define key indicators to monitor the performance of an activity.
•Data analysis skills: Ability to identify main data related aspects and examine them in an objective and relevant way to offer a broad point of view.
•Ability to identify patterns across situations that are not obviously related, and to identify key or underlying issues in complex situations.
•Strong Knowledge of data management techniques and methods to support business decisions and priorities.
•Project management skills to steer data industrialization and reporting projects leading corporate and local teams.
