Your main duties will be:
- Ensuring full satisfaction of our clients and ensuring data accuracy
- Willingness to develop new reports and improve internal client management of KPI indicators
- Preparation of supporting documentation (overviews concerning vehicle fleets) for colleagues from the sales department
- Responsibility for complete reporting of activities for headquarters
- Responsibility for the preparation of customer reports (overviews concerning vehicle fleets, ad hoc reports) and their consultation with colleagues from the sales department
- Preparation of indicators for the sales department
- Preparation of indicators for provided services
- Responsibility for preparing supplier and operational overviews and discussing them with the COO / Procurement director
- Being an active member of a team focused on improving existing processes and being the owner of processes (key user):Every team member proposes their own process improvements and is responsible for its implementation
- Responsibility for preparing reporting of received complaints
We are looking for candidates with..:
- Strong analytical skills and attention to details
- Previous work experience within data reporting area
- Advanced MS Excel
- English on a communicative level
