YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Alternative Investment Fund Management.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and all stakeholders, overseeing dedicated fund structures end-to-end.
- Periodic NAV calculation review, quarterly reporting, and year-end financial statements.
- Investor servicing: onboarding, capital calls, and distributions.
- Organisation of advisory committees, board meetings, and shareholders' meetings.
- Proactively create and manage solutions for complex client challenges including liquidity needs, ALM, earnings management, ESG constraints, and regulatory and tax requirements in close collaboration with all stakeholders.
- Constant optimization of client’s private assets portfolios risk return profiles through relevant portfolio construction advice and guidelines definition.
- End-to-end management of customized solutions meaning design, implementation, and ongoing man-agement of bespoke investment solutions.
WORKING AT BNP MEANS
- An annual fixed salary paid over 12 months, adjusted according to your profile and experience.
- Additionally, there will be an individual annual variable compensation, linked to the achievement of individual and collective objectives, and based on the company's results and profitability and pro-rated according to your workload and attendance.

ARE YOU OUR NEXT CUSTOMIZED SOLUTIONS ANALYST M/F ?
- Starting 2 years of experience in Private Assets (e.g. in asset management, M&A, consulting, fund admin or audit)
- Track record in client-solutions for asset management across a broad range of topics.
- Multidisciplinary skill-set (in particular private markets asset class know-how + good understanding/knowledge of legal topics/ structuring, accounting, regulation, etc.).
- Good negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written French and English communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong “can do” mentality / willing to work as part of team.
- Proactive, structured and focused way of working.
- Strong interest in taking the initiative to move things to the finish line.
