About the Position

  • You will be directly reporting to the Customer and Distributor Service Manager of Nickel Portugal. Within the contact centre, you will inform, advise and support customers and distributors by providing them with an effective solution in compliance with procedures.
  • The position is based in Lisbon and opened for Q4 2021. Your main responsibilities will be:
     
  • Supporting customers and distributors with their requests through different channels: phone (80%), emails (20%). Patience, benevolence and perseverance will be your allies in guaranteeing customer satisfaction;
  • Handling customer or distributor requests and complaints;
  • Building customer and distributor loyalty; 
  • Assist and inform prospects;
  • Ensure that quality commitments are respected;
  • Empower the customer or distributor in his or her use of the Compte-Nickel;
  • Carry out back office operations;
  • Identify financial risks (fraud, money laundering, ...)
  • Managing B2C & B2B calls;
  • Participate through your proposals in the continuous improvement of the service provided.

About the Profile

  • You have a real sense of customer service and excellent interpersonal skills. At Nickel, you are the brand ambassador and the main contact for the customer and the distributors;
  • You are responsive and dynamic;
  • You have a real team spirit. In our company, cohesion, mutual aid and proximity are part of our daily routine;
  • You are attracted by customer contact (calls, emails, etc.). You know how to show empathy and pedagogy;
  • You have a real interest in the Nickel product and its social and societal implications;
  • You are comfortable with computer tools;
  • You are organised, autonomous, creative and able to manage priorities and a wide variety of tasks;
  • Fluent in Portuguese, knowledge in English and French are a plus.
