WHO WE ARE
We are the IT Spain Production organization, responsible for providing IT Production services to our clients in EMEA. Our team of over 400 experts ensures a secure, stable, and efficient production environment across infrastructure, telecom, and application domains. We focus on delivering a reliable digital market evolution through standardized and high-quality support.
MISSION
As an IT Production Specialist, you will guarantee the data quality and accurate configuration of assets within the UCCM. You will execute critical controls, analyze exceptions, and drive corrective actions to maintain compliance. Your role is key to evolving the functional model and automating processes to increase reliability.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Execute the full set of UCCM controls and manage the remediation of exceptions via Service-Now.
- Monitor platform health and verify that all scheduled jobs finish successfully.
- Validate Exchange, O365, and MIP configurations, including labeling and DLP.
- Develop and extend PowerShell and Python scripts to automate new asset types.
- Produce ad-hoc dashboards and reports for IT and Compliance stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Group teams to evolve central reconciliation tools.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Mandatory: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
- Mandatory: ITIL v3/4 Foundation and Microsoft Azure Administrator or M365 Fundamentals certifications.
- Mandatory: Proficiency in Teams, Outlook, Jabber, and Unigy, plus knowledge of compliance archiving (Verba, AxsOne).
- Mandatory: Intermediate skills in PowerShell, Python, and a strong understanding of AD/Azure AD.
- Mandatory: Fluent English.
- Preferred: Proficiency in Power BI, experience with Dynatrace, and operational French.
- Preferred: Previous experience as an IT Production or Application Specialist.
