About the job

  • The Client Service Officer RTO (Reception and Transmission of Orders) is responsible for the reception and transmission of client stock market orders. This job involves fluid and efficient communication between the different departments and customers to ensure optimal monitoring of customer orders and ensure efficient execution in accordance with our standards

Your Main Activities Are

  • Reception and processing of orders: Ensure the reception of customer orders and their transmission to the Teams concerned as soon as possible
  • Order execution monitoring: Ensure that orders are properly transmitted and executed in compliance with procedures, deadlines and quality requirements and inform customers of the status of their processing
  • Interdepartmental coordination: Work in close collaboration with the Middle Office and the markets to which the clients are attached to ensure smooth order processing
  • Compliance control: Verify that orders comply with client procedures and expectations
  • Incident management: Identify and promptly resolve any problems or inconsistencies in the execution of orders, related to stakeholder
  • Continuous improvement: Participate in process optimisation to improve efficiency, responsiveness and service quality

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management or Economic
  • At least 2 years of Experience in a similar environment or in a dynamic and customer oriented environment
  • Knowledge of financial markets and related products
  • Knowledge of banking, client focus and risk awareness
  • Proficiency in office tools (Office suite, Excel, Reuters)
  • Fluency in English and French
  • Communication skills
  • Learning ability
