Descriptif de la mission du Chef de projet Bascule

- Préparer, tester et exécuter la bascule de l’ancien CBS vers le nouveau CBS

En phase de Bascule :

Préparation :

Stratégie de répétition (combien de campagnes, départements participants, périmètres)
Minutiers de bascule
Organisation de l’exécution et suivi d’exécution des taches

Exécution Répétitions & bascule :

Exécution des taches du minutier
Compte rendu régulier d’avancement de la progression au comité de décision STOP / CONTINUE

Exécution des taches post bascule du minutier
