We are looking for a Change Manager at the BNP Paribas SA Amsterdam Branch.

The position you’re applying for/Your new role

The Change Manager (CM) reports directly to the Head of Business Solutions and is the driving force of managing stakeholders in the delivery of impact assessments and change implementation. The CM has an overview of the Securities Services project portfolio and its projects statuses. The CM coordinates changes and prepares associated reporting and/or decision making documents. 

Main goal is to further optimize and professionalize CIB2S Netherlands and contribute to the realization of the CIB2S overall strategy. It is an all-round position where the CM will touch common grounds like the change control process and project management. You will meet and manage many different stakeholders. 

He/she works closely with Securities Services employees (Operations, Change Specialists, Client Line, Client Delivery, and Client Development) to successfully deliver impact assessments and implement changes in line with agreed scope, time and budget.

Your responsibilities

·         Successful implementation of changes based on good team work.

·         Challenge and steer stakeholders on/towards high quality impact assessments within agreed timelines

·        Lead and keep track of running projects, the overall project portfolio, monitor and control status, scope, time and budget, issues and risks. Create and communicate relevant reporting.

·        Support and advice the internal and external stakeholders on decision making topics, such as signaling issues, required resourcing and what projects to pick up based on available capacity. You provide insight in project demands and resource supply.

·        Contribute to continuous improvements on Project Portfolio Management, Project Management and Change Control Process (e.g. reporting, data, processes)

Who are you

·       HBO or University degree in Economics, Finance or Business Administration;

·       3+ years' experience in the financial investment management services industry and/or process/project management and/or consultancy, 

·       Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written)

·       Experience in securities services, asset management is an advantage 

Job related competencies

·       Proven Process, Project- and/or change management and/or consultancy experience;

·       Pro-active, strong analytical and cross border process overview;

·       Collaborative mindset and strong communications skills;

·       Hands-on, well organized and delivery-focused;

·     Ability to work in team and pro-active, takes initiatives.
