The position is based in Geneva for a contract duration of 12 months.

OBJECTIVE 

Contribute to the work carried out by the Advisory team: equity, bonds, funds, private equity, as well as portfolio construction advice.

YOUR WORKDAY

The Advisory Engine team provides active financial advice to clients under an advisory agreement. To do this, it must regularly communicate its convictions.

Main objectives:

  • Provide professional investment advice to the bank's Investment Managers and clients on equities, funds, bonds and Private Equity
  • Contribute to the proposal of investment ideas (buy/sell) aligned with client investment criteria, strategy and opinions of product specialists
  • Define and adjust asset allocations according to risk profile and market strategy
  • Relay information about events impacting our clients' portfolios by taking into account our strategic views
  • Contribute to the development of data extraction and analysis tools 

The Equities, Bonds and Funds teams provide active financial advice and regularly communicate their convictions in their respective asset classes.

Provide day to day support for the activities of these various Advisory experts, and more specifically

  • Update databases for different asset classes & build tools with VBA Coding
  • Relay changes in product specialists' recommendations
  • Monitor financial market news and relay relevant events 
  • Participate in Private Equity fund raising and support the Front Office in the subscription process
  • Assist in the preparation of the Advisory's weekly presentations
  • Analyse, retrieve information and optimise our product databases
  • Participate in developing artificial intelligence tools for Advisory solutions

YOUR PROFILE & SKILLS

  • Master degree in Finance, Engineering, or related field 
  • Essential IT tools: Windows, MS Office, Bloomberg, VBA Coding minimum 1-year work experience
  • Expertise in Private Assets in Wealth Management in a large bank, minimum 1-year work experience
  • Experience in using artificial intelligence tools in context of Wealth Management solutions
  • Minimum a total of 2-year work experience
  • Spirit of analysis, organization, and good communication skills
  • Autonomous, curious and proactive

LANGUAGES:

  • French and English fluent
  • Other languages an asset
