Brief description of our company - ARVAL COMPETENCE CENTER
We belong to the multinational bank group BNP Paribas and in Slovakia we operate as an organizational unit of Arval Slovakia since 2015. Our main task is to provide support to Arval BNP Paribas group entities. Arval BNP Paribas is a provider of operating leasing in 30 countries worldwide. The support we provide is associated with technical and financial support as well as with expertise, consulting, and outsourcing services. Moreover, we are present in all fields that are linked to operating leasing such as customer contact center, controlling, warranty, insured accidents, or back office. One unit of the company is composed of Department of Operations – call center, communication with drivers and technical department. The other one covers financial field such as complex accounting advisory.
Main responsibilities on the position are:
- Set up and maintain company’s car database in a structured way on behalf of foreign subsidiaries
- Enter new vehicles in the database and propose prices for the entity you work with
- You are in daily contract with the car data provider (Eurotax, Jato, Car dealers, Importers)
- You enter options, accessories and packages in system which are not provided but still relevant in the local market
- Maintain local contacts such as importers and dealers directly or via a local colleague
- Maintain the database and make changes caused by changes in models, options, packages as well as residual value, service, maintenance, repair and insurance classes. You contribute to the “cleaning” of the database if necessary (for instance regarding manually created options and packages)
- Keep yourself updated about developments in vehicles (new models, facelifts)
We are looking for a new colleague who:
- Is well oriented within the situation and trends in the automotive market,
- Has a good overview of the world of new car models and facelifts,
- Has advanced knowledge of car features (car segment, body type, fuel type, gearbox etc.)
- Has a good communication skills in English and German
We offer:

- Salary : from 1600 euro brutto (the final salary will depend on the candidate´s previous experience)
