As a Business Relationship Manager (BRM), you are CET’s trusted Business Development partner for internal clients. You build strong relationships, understand strategy and priorities, anticipate needs, and keep the service offer aligned with business expectations. You drive service performance and governance, support continuous improvement, and strengthen client satisfaction across Group’s Shared Service Centers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal clients and key stakeholders
  • Build and sustain trusted, long-term stakeholder relationships by developing a strong understanding of each client’s priorities, expectations, and operating model to proactively steer actions.
  • Define, track, and report service performance (KPIs, SLAs, and experience metrics) to provide clear outcome visibility.
  • Prepare and run service reviews, steering committees, and governance meetings.
  • Ensure end-to-end follow-up on actions, and escalate risks and blockers early.
  • Capture, structure, and prioritize client demand to support efficient delivery.
  • Coordinate with delivery, finance, legal, and HR teams to remove blockers and resolve issues
  • Contribute to service roadmaps and continuous improvement to boost quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
  • Anticipate capacity needs by consolidating demand signals, flagging constraints early, and aligning volumes with delivery capabilities.

Experience & qualifications

  • Proven experience in Business Relationship Management, Service Delivery, Shared Services, internal consulting, account management, or transformation
  • Exposure to complex, international environments is a strong advantage.
  • Fluent English is required; additional languages are a plus (German, French, Spanish, Italian).
