Business Performance & Data Analyst
ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for a motivated Business Performance & Data Analyst to join the Central Conduct & Control Office department. The Business Performance & Data Analyst will ensure the quality and consistency of operational‑risk data, deliver management reporting and business‑intelligence dashboards, coordinate key governance exercises, and drive process improvements through automation and AI.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Data Quality & Risk Monitoring – Perform ORMF data processing and consistency checks; analyse ORMF datasets to track Group updates; deliver operational‑risk KPIs for committee reviews.
- Reporting & Business‑Intelligence – Produce regular KPI reports for senior management; design and maintain dashboards (Tableau, Cognos, Power BI) that surface trends, gaps and improvement opportunities; use risk‑focused metrics to raise awareness.
- Operational Coordination & Continuity – Lead sign‑off exercises (roadmap, data setup, control) and provide ICC sign‑off reports; act as backup ORMF Tool Coordinator to ensure continuity of key deliverables.
- Continuous Improvement & Automation – Manage eSOP 360 business updates; identify inefficiencies and implement solutions (e.g., Power Automate, sign‑off module); participate in ORMF tool committees.
- AI‑Driven Enhancement – Apply AI tools where appropriate to boost analysis, automation, synthesis and overall operational efficiency.
PROFILE & SKILLS
- 5–8 years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, operational performance or transformation, ideally within financial services, asset management, banking, consulting or risk management.
- Proven experience in data quality controls, KPI production, management reporting and dashboard development.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI or Tableau, combined with solid Excel skills; knowledge of SQL, Power Automate or Cognos would be an advantage.
- Practical understanding of operational risk, internal control, governance or regulatory processes.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional and international stakeholders, including follow-up of actions, sign-off exercises and committee deliverables.
- Exposure to process improvement, automation and AI-enabled solutions.
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Finance, Risk Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Fluent English; French is an advantage.
