About the Job

  • The 4ALL program is a strategic initiative of the BNP Paribas Group aiming to transform third party management by leveraging shared, trusted data from business directories across the Group
  • The program covers all third parties for which the Group requires reliable identification data, ranging from large corporates to Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), including clients, suppliers, and security issuers 4ALL will deliver a Group reference database for third party identification data; a data control tower enabling end to end monitoring and governance; and new data services supporting Business Lines, Compliance and Operations across the Group
  • Finstar will enable access to standardised, validated and high-quality financial data sourced from external providers and non-structured documents, thereby improving data reliability, enhancing regulatory reporting, and reducing duplication across Business Line 
  • In this context, the 4ALL Service Team Leader is responsible for the operational delivery and performance of FINSTAR services, ensuring alignment with business priorities and Group standards
  • The 4ALL Service Team Leader will be part of Business Partner Group (BPG). Within Technology and Operation Performance (TOP) function, BPG enables Group entities to pool expertise and resources to efficiently deliver support activities, leveraging both internal and external service providers
  • The Team Leader will report hierarchically to the Portugal organisation and will have a functional reporting line to BPG team based in France  
  • In this role, there is an opportunity to work in close collaboration with Information Technology (IT), Operations, Business Lines and Group Transversal Functions 
  • The 4ALL Service Team Leader is responsible for the operational delivery and performance of FINSTAR services

Your Main Activities Are

  • Ensure end-to-end service delivery within the product scope 
  • Monitor service performance (Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), operational metrics) 
  • Drive incident resolution and operational issue management 
  • Ensure consistency and quality of service delivery 
  • Act as the primary point of contact for service stakeholders 
  • Capture and anticipate internal client needs 
  • Contribute to governance bodies (performance reviews, product committees) 
  • Maintain strong alignment between RUN constraints and business priorities 
  • Manage relationships with IT Product Owners and Application Managers 
  • Ensure adherence to service governance and operational standards 
  • Contribute to operational decision-making, escalation, and arbitration processes 
  • Be accountable for service evolution: Demand collection and Prioritisation through user committees 
  • Contribute to roadmap definition at operational level 
  • Ensure alignment between business requests and delivery capacity 
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives at service level 
  • Leverage performance data to improve efficiency and quality 
  • Contribute to service industrialisation and scalability 
  • Oversee operational data control
  • Act as Data Owner when applicable 
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance compliance 
  • Steer service-level resources (team size, expertise, allocation) 
  • Contribute to cost optimisation and efficiency
  • Manage and lead the operational team 
  • Conduct performance reviews and support team development 
  • Foster team engagement and collective performance 
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, risk, and internal control requirements 

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Bachelor’s degree completed
  • At least 7 years of relevant professional experience in Data, Finance, Risk and/or IT
  • Experience in an international, complex and multistakeholder environment
  • Experience in service management, product teams, or transformation programs 
  • Proven proficiency in financial analysis and in-depth accounting/group accounting based on French accounting standards and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) for consolidated financial statements 
  • Strong understanding of data management, data governance, and RUN IT environments
  • Ability to understand and bridge IT architecture, data flows, and business usage 
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
  • Leadership and team management

  • Ability to manage complexity and priorities 
  • Problem-solving and decision-making 
  • Agility, adaptability, and continuous improvement mindset
