About the role 

In this role you will be given a portfolio of 6-8 Large Corporate Customers to manage. These existing customers are household names who have good established accounts with us and your initial brief will be to establish strong credible relationships quickly. Each customer will have their own uniqueness and complexity that you will need to understand in order to be able to deliver value for the future.

Once established you will look to develop relations to ensure they have the most suitable products and services from us and that inevitably revenue and opportunity is maximised from our perspective. You will look to satisfy immediate and ongoing needs for your customers but will also think strategically for the long term as in essence you will be responsible for the P&L of these accounts and so use your wider vision. This opportunity is primarily a relationship management role but with very high expectations to seek out upsell opportunities.

Who we are looking for?

We are looking for a leasing/fleet industry expert who understands the complexities of this sector and is used to selling its intricate products and services.  In addition, this role is all about relationships so you will be able to swiftly and effortlessly move throughout businesses, whether externally or internally, influencing where necessary and developing a credible personal brand with ease. Being able to understand their requirements and then shape a bespoke solution for your customer is the key to your success in this role. Lastly, you will need a strategic mind-set in order to look long term for us and the customer and we need someone who has a keen eye for commercial opportunities and a true financial awareness. That's the challenge.

This is a field based role that comes with the full home working allowance and being a national role we are open on where you live, however in addition to client visits you will have meetings in our 3 offices (Swindon, Manchester & Birmingham).
