About the job

  • BNP Paribas Portugal is looking for professionals with relevant experience in Application deployment and support to support HR department in its digital transformation projects, as part of a permanent team in charge of critical HR Systems. If you are interested in IT tools and HR processes, keen on developing technical knowledge in HR dedicated systems, and looking to liaise with all HR Information Systems (IS) key-users within the Group, this job is for you

Your Main Activities Are

  • Promote user engagement through training and communication and keep user guides up to date
  • Provide end-user functional support in a timely and efficient manner - address incidents and requests
  • Test new developments launched by the team
  • Manage translations in the tool
  • Update information in the tool
  • Create tickets to the dedicated teams
  • Send communications to key users

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Master’s Degree
  • Advanced level of English, both written and oral
  • Knowledge in MS Office Excel
  • Ability to collaborate / teamwork
  • Ability to share / pass on knowledge
  • Ability to synthetise / simplify

About the Team

  • The HR Tools team's mission is to deliver flexible, customer-oriented, high quality and cost-effective HR tools and services to BNP Paribas employees and HR teams. We are part of Group HR and based in Lisbon and Brussels. We work closely together with Group HR in Paris and the HR departments in more than 60 countries
  • These Group HR Tools cover the following HR processes: Learning and Development, Recruitment and Mobility, Performance and Career, Global Reporting, GHR referentials (EdgaHR, OPAL…)
  • The department HR Tools is in charge of the deployment and support of Group HR tools (My Development, About Me, Bwelcome, Navex and Medallia) as well as Group HR referentials (RefOG/OPAL, EdgaHR/Sacha, JAD, Skilleo) and Global Reporting. For some of these tools/referentials, HR Tools plays the role of Product Owner. HR Tools team is also in charge of animating the users’ communities, via Sounding Boards, SharePoint management and other events
  • You will become part of a "squad" dedicated to an HR Tool, with members located in Brussels and in Lisbon, who daily work together in a strong collaboration to reach the same set of goals
