Senior Business Analytics is responsible to conduct proactively in-depth data mining and analysis; To propose and uncover commercial opportunities; To prepare and present reports with high quality and bring add value. Provide information/extractions and commercial activity to the bankers.
Your Main Activities Are
- Ensure the data integrity of the portfolios
- Updating the Coverage line of Legal Entities and Business Groups in RMPM when necessary and accordingly with instructions received by the Coverage team
- Coordinating with Due Diligence Teams or Client Management
- Check and Update Pilot or Contributors positions
- Initiate and Undertake cleaning actions for portfolios and pipeline
- Prospects: support to prospect creation in CRM and control of correct merging when appropriate
- Provide training and support for CRM
- Monthly reports on calendar of visits and pipeline providing to bankers a pipeline extraction, before the production of monthly report, in order to ensure quality of pipeline in CRM
- Monthly activity reports revenues, budget achievements and risk returns analysis
- Monthly reports for the overview per client groups that are set up in Countries
- Support Ad-hoc reports - when the information related with financial and risk information and commercial information
- Support Ad-hoc request for cases when revenues are not reported correctly - for example, Arval revenues missing, or Coverage identifies a discrepancy between expected revenues and what is the reports
- Client strategy and budget exercises at Territory level
- Help to prepare presentations associated with the Territory budget for head office
Profile and Skills to Success
* Bachelor's or Master´s Degree in Management, Economics, or Finance related fields
* Fluency in English
* At least 5 years of experience in business analytics or business management
* Experience using Microsoft Office Tools, particularly Excel
* Attention to detail, problem solving and critical thinking
* Great Stakeholder Management on International Settings
