We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to join our MNC Corporate Banking team.
In this role, you will manage and grow a portfolio of MNC clients — including mid-cap and large-cap companies — delivering integrated banking solutions across lending, trade finance, cash management, and capital markets.
You will act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, driving revenue growth while maintaining the highest standards of credit quality and client service.
Must be proactive, self-motivated and a team player, willing to adapt to fast-changing dynamics of the organization and market.
Main Responsibilities:
Portfolio Management & Client Coverage
Manage a portfolio of corporate clients with full accountability for revenue, NIM, and portfolio quality
Develop and execute annual account plans with clearly defined cross-sell and revenue targets
Serve as the primary relationship contact for CFOs, Treasurers, and senior finance executives
Proactively identify client needs and anticipate opportunities across the product suite
Business Development & Origination
Lead origination of new-to-bank mandates through targeted prospecting and intermediary networks
Structure and pitch tailored banking solutions including loans, trade, FX, and transaction banking
Represent the bank at industry events, forums, and client entertainment
Deal Structuring & Execution
Own the full deal lifecycle from initial mandate through credit approval, documentation, and drawdown
Structure complex credit facilities including bilateral loans, syndications, and working capital lines
Coordinate with internal product partners, credit, legal, and compliance to deliver seamless execution
Credit & Portfolio Oversight
Maintain credit quality through rigorous annual reviews, covenant monitoring, and early warning identification
Prepare and present credit papers to senior credit committees
Actively manage portfolio risk in line with bank appetite and regulatory requirements
Technical skills
Credit & financial analysis
Ability to independently structure and underwrite complex credit facilities (term loans, revolvers, working capital lines, etc.)
Proficiency in financial statement analysis, cash flow modeling, and credit risk assessment
Experience with leveraged and investment-grade lending frameworks
Product knowledge
Deep familiarity with core corporate banking products (e.g., acquisition/ship financing, bilat/syndi loans, trade finance, FX, IRS, cash, pooling)
Understanding of x-sell dynamics across treasury, capital markets and advisory solutions
Deal execution & client deliverables
Experience managing full credit approval process (pitching, mandate, documentation, and drawdown)
Ability to coordinate with internal stakeholders (credit, legal, compliance, product, risk) on deal structuring
Ability to build, present credit papers, pitch books, and acct plans independently
Comfortable leading client meetings on both relationship and product discussions
Proactively create decks to sell ideas & get buy-in internally and externally
Risk/onboarding
KYC/AML, Basel III/IV capital frameworks and their impact on loans, RWA, DL ratio
Have a keen business awareness and be resourceful in obtaining quality market information
Monitoring of risk profile across portfolios, and adequate involvement in credit committees and annual review

Qualifications
7–10 years of corporate banking / relationship management experience
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business, or related field
Good internal and external reference
Demonstrated track record of managing a corporate client portfolio with measurable revenue outcomes
CFA, MBA, or formal credit training program plus
