What would your typical day at BNPP Paribas look like?
Primary Role Responsibilities
Handle day-to day activities in KYC/Trading support/AC opening /Security lending and borrowing/Futures validation
Ensure operation process complies with internal policies/guidelines and local regulations and completion within regulated timeframes.
Minimizing operational failure, including but not exclusively, the risk of fraud, by helping to devise, and by implementing, sufficient regular controls.
Ensuring timely escalation to Senior Management for any operational issue/incident
Assists on market information or regulatory updates
Maintain good relationships with the regulators, custodian, clients, management and other market players.
To manage, supervise, and provide appropriate training to subordinates
To co-work closely with Regional teams & Outsourcing hubs to ensure smooth operation processing
Any Ad hoc tasks & projects assigned by manager
Other contributions
Direct contribution to BNP Paribas operational permanent control framework
Key team player is a MUST, required to be Pro-active and Collaborate within the team
Being effective to present and connect between Regional and local for information exchange, key message receipt & delivery
Understand Business requirements and need
Being autonomy and pro-active to propose solution and process improvement
What is required for you to succeed?
Fluent in English communication
Strong Excel/Word/PowerPoint PC skills with proven ability to work with multiple systems
Work Experience: 5-7 years
Broker and Futures and SLAB licenses applicable
