Banking Operations Specialist with German

The focus of this role lies in the timely processing of inheritance cases for deceased customers, identifying the authorized persons and providing the inheritance related assets to them by initiating the account closing process.

Therefore it is necessary to provide the relevant information to the contact person and to request and gather the required information and documents.

Requirements:

  • Experience within the banking or legal sector (min. 2 years)
  • Fluent German (min. B2/C1)
  • Understanding of legal terms and interpretations
  • Independent and structured way of working.
  • Service oriented and resilient
  • Team player with a focus on achieving the team’s and company’s goals.
  • Open minded towards new things – change mentality.
  • Process oriented thinking
  • Skilled in working with a PC and different software solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and understanding/evaluation of the received information, documents and requests.
  • Handling of tasks at hand such as research, managing and updating customer and account data
  • Create written customer communication.
  • Processing comprehensive and case-closing task, within the legal and internal requirements within the area of responsibility
  • Collaborative cooperation with all respective Back Office teams
  • Jointly continue to optimize processes to achieve efficiency and increase quality.
